Site Visit Consultation

The site visit is the first step in the planning process. We meet together on site and go over project goals, scope, context, and highlight any questions that need to be answered. Site visits may include a follow up report per client request. Length and level of detail of report varies according to project scope and client request. Site visits vary from 1-8 hours and may require multiple visits for larger and more complex projects. We request 1-4 hours due diligence prior to site visit for large or complex projects. We recommend clients have any relevant documentation and a list of questions prior to a site visit or remote consultation. Travel is charged for more than 30 minutes travel outside of Moorpark, Ca. If travel to the project is impractical, a remote consultation may be arranged online or by phone.

Project Planning and Design Rendering Services

We provide planning and design for landscaping projects from inception to implementation to management. Working with the client goals and the site context we can help to develop plans that are customized to the intricacy of the project. Through a subcontracted party, we can provide renderings of site plans, conceptual plans, and detailed maps for planning and construction. Plans may be accompanied by a written report (per request). 

Construction and Project Coordination

We provide installation services for our specialized services listed above. We have a network of preferred contractors we work with for hardscape and other landscape construction. Generally, we provide oversight of construction and act as liaison between the client and contractor as part of our Project Management services. 

Tree Care and Health Assessment

We offer comprehensive fruit tree health inspections and recommendations for improving tree vigor and production. We offer guidance for pest, disease, and fertility management; as well as pruning and grafting services for orchard crops.
